Returns Policy

Shopping online is fun (I know!), and I love that you are super excited to purchase goodies for your home. If you are not 100% happy with your item/s when you receive them, that's ok!

14 day return Policy. If you decide it's not for you - follow the returns process below and I'll happily refund it, swap it or give you store credit. You decide. 

Returns Process

Email us to request an RA #.
Include your Invoice number and reason for return.

Pack your item in it's original packaging ensuring fragile items are securely wrapped.
Print the postage label we will send you.
Post your item. Include "signature required" option. Customer is responsible for return postage costs. 
On receiving your item in the same condition it was sent, your refund, swap, store credit will be processed within 3-5 working days.

 

Faulty Items

Occasionally, life throws it at us. If your item is faulty or has broken in transit, please use the returns process above to obtain a full refund + reasonable shipping costs incurred.
